Chocolate Blini

This is without a doubt one of the top 5 most amazing things I have ever eaten. That may have been influenced by the fact that I was starving and had been walking in the cold for five-hours, but regardless, whoa! And don’t think it’s like a crepe, cause its just not. It’s chewy and doughy and warm and chocolaty and keeps your hands warm and costs about $1.

Jer, Davis, Chris: It’s about as close as anything has ever come to dad’s skinny pancakes.
